InTech Ideas is an engineering studio that partners with a small number of clients each year. We work on systems that have to keep running — back-office platforms, recruitment tooling, data infrastructure — and we treat them as long-term commitments, not deliverables.
We’re unhurried by design. Most projects span quarters, not sprints. That cadence is what lets us write software that other engineers can read three years from now without wincing.
We hire slowly, on-shore and off, for the same reason.
